Where your parcel is

A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day we hand the parcel over. This page explains what the scans mean and when to worry.

1-2 business days

Packing

Before the courier ever sees it. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST are packed the next working morning.

3-9 business days

In transit

Once it is scanned in. Metro addresses sit at the quick end of that window.

4–11 business days

Door to door

Counting our packing time, start to finish.

How to track an order

Use the tracking number in your dispatch email on the courier’s own site. It is the fastest route — their system updates before any third-party page does.

  • the link is emailed and texted on the day of dispatch
  • the first scan can take a few hours to appear after pickup
  • scans often pause over a weekend and resume on Monday

When to tell us

If tracking has not moved for seventy-two hours, or it shows delivered and nothing arrived, write to boutique@pelarovault.shop with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.

Please do not re-order because tracking looks stuck — nine times out of ten the parcel is moving and the scan is late.
