What belongs to us

Except where a listing says otherwise, the text, product photography, category descriptions, page layout and the Pelaro Vault name are our own material and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

We write our guitar and music gear copy ourselves rather than pasting a manufacturer sheet, which is why it reads differently here than elsewhere.

Reporting an infringement

Send a notice to boutique@pelarovault.shop that includes: the page URL on pelarovault.shop, a description of the work you say has been copied and where the original is published, proof that you own it or act for the owner, and your contact details.

We acknowledge notices within two working days and take down or amend material that we cannot substantiate. Where we believe a claim is mistaken we say so, in writing, with our reasons — we do not simply ignore it.

Third-party names and marks

Product names, model numbers and trade marks belonging to other companies stay the property of their owners. Where such a name appears it is there to identify or describe an item, and it does not imply that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for that company.

If a listing on this site names your brand in a way you consider inaccurate, tell us and we will correct or remove it.

Using our material

Reading, sharing a link and quoting a short extract with attribution are all fine. Copying our descriptions or photographs into another shop, marketplace listing or catalogue is not, and neither is republishing the site design.

For any commercial reuse, ask first in writing at boutique@pelarovault.shop.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Indian law, principally the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a rights holder or as a customer.
