Tracking links can stall for a day after a weekend pickup — that usually resolves itself by Monday. Return requests need to reach us within 7 days of delivery, and a damage report needs the unboxing video within 48 hours.

    Every order leaves our Jaipur, Rajasthan workspace and travels with Blue Dart and XpressBees. Metro addresses usually land in 3-6 days and the rest of India in 6-9 days; door to door, allow 4–11 business days. We deliver anywhere in India that our couriers serve, to street addresses only.
